The fancy scenography of this place will catch both children and grown-ups’ interest on the dark and troubled period of the Second World War.
Follow the story of two comic characters through the museum and discover in a playful and tactful way the events that affected the local history. In the spring of 1944, Lucien and Pierrot reached one of the five French maquis: the Mont-Mouchet. Their goal : prevent the German army established in the south from reaching the Normandie region.
Throughout the whole tour, authentic objects, documents, photos and videos will enable the visitors to dive into the everyday like and the main events of the sombre era.
